Before you start to work under an employer you should have the red team training in the bag. This means that you should think about taking this along with your other courses, but you can also take it later in life as well.
Depending on the position that you hold at the company, then you might end up going for the red team training later. This isn’t something that you can control, but you would simply go whenever the company says to, especially if they are going to install new servers or need someone else on the team.
